Rob Anderson

  

Rob is the Principal and a senior consultant for iServices, a global consulting company focused on cross-border B2B and B2B2C payments. 

Most recently, Rob was the Managing director for Omnio Global, a UK based payments provider. Prior, Rob was a founding shareholder of Choice Bank Ltd. and as Executive Vice President led business development, product and strategic growth for Choice. Choice is an International Bank based in Belize and a Global Issuance partner of Mastercard. 

In the six years Rob was directly involved with Choice he led the diversification of the business from one major customer to a multi-national network of clients. In 2018 Choice’s ROE was a staggering 49%. Annual growth for both revenue and profit was always in the double digits. 

This diversification includes the move from reliance on prepaid/debit card products to digital wallets and global bank transfer as critical additions to the product suite. Rob also led the development of a strategic relationship with UnionPay International. 

As AML and Compliance became more critical to the global business he enrolled in the ACAMS program and now has his Certified AML designation. 

Rob's accomplishments stem from his belief in building strong partnerships and developing the products, solutions and tools required to assist organizations achieve exponential growth. His ability to develop partner strategies focused on the needs of large global clients and forge successful customer relationships is key to his success. Karen Baum

  

Karen is a senior consultant for iServices, a global consulting company focused on cross-border B2B and B2B2C payments. Prior to that she joined Omnio Global Payments with over 20 years in the payment card and banking industry. Previously, she was the Asst. Vice President of Client Service for Choice Bank Ltd., focusing on client relationship management and operational execution of new payment products. In her role at Choice, she was responsible for the larger international clients’ program implementation to strategy development. 

Prior to joining Choice Bank, she managed the card payments business for Community Federal Savings Bank (CFSB) for two years. As VP of the group, Karen was responsible for the prepaid team and implementation of new programs which focused on consumer, corporate and gift programs account management of their program managers.

Previous to CFSB, Karen led the operation team as the EVP for Aurora Financial Systems, a prepaid processor and during her years with them she developed the operations function from the ground up. Her areas of focus in this role included development and review of daily fraud reporting, network liaison, customer service management and operational process development.

As Vice President, US Consumer Prepaid Sales for MasterCard, Karen was instrumental in introducing new consumer directed solutions and distribution channels within the US Region. She served as a subject matter expert and consultant on prepaid solutions to issuers, third party marketing firms and processors. Account management and incentive model development also fell under her scope during her 14 years with MasterCard.  Karen also managed the North American Licensing group before starting her career in prepaid. In that role she was responsible for all licensing and membership actions in the US and Canada.

Karen’s focus allows her to be successful in this arena. She excels in strategic operational execution and executive level client relationship management with the foresight to anticipate product, service and process successes and transform them into winning solutions. Karen drives business growth, productivity and innovation by engineering key business processes and building teams focused on achieving business goals via mentorship and inspirational leadership.
